Naveen,

Read all of the posts on the thread...it is not that long. I
dont recall very much negative at all. I do very much believe
that Vishay is a great long term position. There is not a lot
of volume, however, and the ride has been very much sideways
for quite some time. I, personally, am looking for 30-33 by
this time next year (but it is unlikely that I would sell
at that point since I wouldnt see it as over priced.

Naveen,
I do not think anyone would doubt the long term
appeal of this company. I think because they
generally compete in a commodity market Wall
Street is hesitant. Other component companies
like KMET and AVX are in a major slump right now
and can't seem to get out. I think that some
people might associate these guys with
the PC market, and people think the PC
market is slow right now. Fact is, these
guys supply components for EVERYBODY!!! I am
a long term holder of this company because
I am confident they will grow.
