Hi Doug, That's exactly my point. Pyng Technologies Corp PYT Shares issued 7677856 1998-03-12 close $5.2 Friday Mar 13 1998 Effective 10:05 am March 13 1998, trading in the shares of the company was halted,pending clarification of market activity and company affairs. The press release implies that there was in fact a complaint with respect to the company. Having followed the Pyng story since this summer, I can assure you that this company is as clean as it gets.The only plausible explanation is a complaint from a brokerage house that was shorting the stock IMO. I guess we'll see monday morning what exactly is going on. Too bad we didn't get a press release Friday afternoon.
