Sheila -

I don't know. That's a good question.

I do know that one of the popular bear arguments lately has been that the cost of defending lawsuits and paying settlements would negatively affect earnings. If the company is insured against these things, then that argument wouldn't hold water.

I guess a call to IR is in order, unless someone already has information about this.
