With the price hovering around the 80's and 90's, I bet it didn't take a lot to sell $23MM. Furthermore, how many shares do they hold in the company now? $400 MM.

I mean Disney's Michael I., sold $500MM just before X-mas.

But, If you want to lose your money by shorting yhoo, then be my guest. Keep us updated if you change your mind or go through with the short.
