TM, the subject of IT placements, a subject I hold dear to my heart, since I will be entering the field after completing my second degree in computer science in a year. Go do a search on any tech web site that gives info on IT placements and the industry, pc magazine, Zdnet, etc. You're absolutely wrong. The majority of the research shows that companies see temp and placements to be a permanent fixture in their HR departments. The cost and try before you buy approach to IT is weighted heavily on the side of using a firm to do the placements for you. Salaries have been increasing across the board in IT. Jin.
