Michael, with 39 posts since your note about the float, I'm shocked that no one has responded. Perhaps everyone missed it, so I'll repost your findings (emphasis added):

In case you haven't seen this from the 10K:

CONCENTRATION OF STOCK OWNERSHIP

As of February 27, 1998, the present directors, executive officers, greater than 5% shareholders and their respective affiliates beneficially owned approximately 55% of the outstanding Common Stock of the Company. As of February 27, 1998, SOFTBANK beneficially owned approximately 29% of the outstanding Common Stock of the Company. As a result of their ownership, the directors, executive officers, greater than 5% shareholders (including SOFTBANK) and their respective affiliates collectively are able to control all matters requiring shareholder approval, including the election of directors and approval of significant corporate transactions. >>

The number of shares outstanding is quoted at 45,896,000 so 45 % of that makes the float now over 20.25 million. Peter you need to update!

Thanks, Michael.

Bob

PS: I see now that WH has responded to later posts on this subject, but I still haven't seen an explanation as to how this big of an increase in the float can help the bulls. Well, back to my catch-up reading.
