Brad,

You are correct in every respect. The "levitation" you speak of is evident in the patterns of money flow in this stock. The stock price has gravitated without any indication of an increase in money flow. Only on Friday did the money flow turn modestly positive. However, this also occurred during the first short squeeze and quickly reversed. I believe this is strictly due to inexperienced traders who think the stock is about to run and are going long. Unfortunately for them, they will be left holding the bag since I also believe that large holders of ZONA stock are almost done with their pump and dump manipulations. Even if the stock does go higher, I consider every uptick an opportunity to short more at an even better price.

As for SGP, I would expect that sooner or later they will retract their support for Vasomax, if they haven't already done so. They may be too embarassed to announce their change of heart publicly, so quarterly statements from both companies should be gone over with a fine tooth comb for evidence that this has happened. In my opinion, they should announce it publicly because it will help them save a little face with Wall St. and their own stockholders but I know it's a tricky decision. Kind of a damned if you do, damned if you don't scenario. Another possibility is that they will simply wait this debacle out until Vasomax either fails to be submitted as an NDA or is rejected by the FDA, thereby giving them an out due to ZONA's failure to keep their end of the agreement. However, this is all speculation at this point since SGP is one of the few pharmaceutical companies that I do not have contact with.

As for submitting an NDA for Vasomax, I wouldn't put it past ZONA to try and do this just as a stunt to hype the stock higher temporarily. It would be the only scenario in which I could see the stock going significantly higher than it is now. Being familiar with the FDA and parameters of the Vasomx clinical studies, I can assure you that if they try this, it won't take long for the FDA to summarily reject the application.
