AMD Investors:

The Cyrix news and Acer news strengthen AMD position. Currently INTC has penetrated the market only 25% with the PII. 75% of their CPU revenue comes from the Pentium. AMD-K6-3D and 100MHz Socket 7 will be Intel's nightmare as they try to kill the socket 7. As long as Intel continues to make the Pentium the market will be slower in adopting the PII. The only missing puzzle for AMD is the volume. If they can solve this last puzzle AMD will be on its way to the 30, 40, and beyond. Later this year IBM will increase AMD capacity and next year Fab 30 will solidify AMD position. Did I hear from everyone that AMD has solved their yield?
