Please state your top three reasons why Dell over the next three years will not be
able to maintain its current rate of growth on earnings and revenue


1. No proprietary product
2. Easy to emulate JIT inventory concept. Easy to emulate Direct sales to end user
3. Prices dropping sales not increasing to make up for low prices.
