Hey you guys! Check out ACRI

Acacia (ACRI on NASD)

This company has a majority share in SoundView which owns the patent on one type of V-Chip.

The stock rocketed from 10 dollars last week to 19 dollars on about 3 million shares volume (total). The SoundView hasn't tested its decoders, has no distribution and its patent has a short half life (runs out in 2-4 years).

I think this is a sweet short candidate. It has already been hit with a drop from 19 to 14.5 in one day. I think it will drop back down to 10 within a few days.

Check it out, it has a pretty active thread on SI.

Are you going to go long right before market close?
30% short interest is nuts. Could get a 4-5 point
rise just in short covering. How is Jenna going to play it?
