Knight: Thanks for the link. The version which opened for my screen did not include the notice and proxy, merely the cover letter to the exchange. Still it is a little annoying to find that the information has been available since early February. I had requested it from the company numerous times in February and finally got an answer from Kim Brasington on this thread. Hopefully that sort of thing has changed but I'd still like to see the agenda. which must have been set before the change at the helm. JLA
