All/Timing: The key to timing is the resolution of OPEC throttling back its production. Production is now 28.5mb/day nearly 2.5mb excess/day. The Saudis and Venezuelan taps are running at near 8.75mb/day and 3.6mb/day. Both need to cut back by 1mb and 0.7mb/day.
The Saudis expect the Venezuelans to move first but they refuse and so
the battle continues.

The Norwegians who are also hurting are willing to cut back if all play ball. Meanwhile all Oil & Gas producers the world over are hurting but who cares. On with the game.!

I think Venezuela is the key to OPEC. That's where my focus is. They are taking a hard stand. Saudi Arabia will follow suit. OPEC is the most unorganized organization that exists.
