Bill, if RYO doesn't get the funds by Friday, are you suggesting that
they'll lose Kemess to the senior bondholders and declare bankruptcy?
Are they in discussions with a potential white knight? If Friday is the
deadline, why would a white Knight pay more than $2.25 which you
previously stated would be too low?

I know there has to be a drop dead( bad choice of words) date in the
not too distant future, and its critical to all of us who are long to
know when it is. Are they legally in default on their private placement
debt on Friday is the bottom line?
