Dulane - Yes they sure do. Pfeiffer's opening letter in the report was full of the usual 'puffery', ODM as 'groundbreaking', stock up 90% last year, etc. etc. Let's hope he can pull this year out to some extent as well...

PS - Pfeiffer did focus (to his credit in my opinion) on the fact that he wants to drive CPQ deeper and deeper into the enterprise space. There were some interesting statistics also. He said
1) 50% of all Email transmissions
2) 60% of all credit card transactions
3) 80% of all ATM transactions
4) 90% of all securities transactions

run through Compaq servers. I would guess number 4 is due to the Tandem purchase.
