I honestly don't understand the concept of "willing rape". The two terms are mutually exclusive, for me. I cannot envision a woman, in fear, angered and violated, to suddenly say “Oh, okay, what the heck <moan>” in the middle of said act. Now, many of the "date rape" cases, I believe, have a storyline where the woman perhaps intitiates coverage, never intending to issue a 'strong buy'. Yet the male proceeds further, forcefully. I'm not sure how I feel about this one. I have heard other men describe a fulcrum point during foreplay where "base" takes over, "sense" leaves the room. And so becomes a defensible position, the woman initiating coverage is playing with gasoline soaked matches. Do I accept the position? Dunno. I am thankful I've never been forced into a position of having to personally consider it. I've never 'date-raped'—that is, I've never heard any complaints, nor do I think an unreported case exists in my history. But I understand the "fulcrum" description, too, and have a difficult time formulating a foundation of belief as to whether the male POV is morally defensible, or simply legally defensible. "Willing rape" is sex with a convoluted name. And rape is not sex. If the mother is willing, it is sex. If not, the boy is committing an act of violence, engaging his unwilling mother. I consider it more a case of breaking and entering; assault—like kicking or hitting or beating, but employing a different body part—assault with a friendly weapon, perhaps. If it is not sex, then it is not incest. But your original question, anyway, was "how long will it take". I dunno, about 7-8 years? You're headed somewhere with this, I hope. Where is it? -MrB
