Joe: Good summary. You are hired. That call with the insurance sales- man, in my book, is eligible for immediate induction into the Money Talk Telephone Call Pantheon. As the call proceeded, with Brinker barely able to get in a word edgewise, my mind flashed to that scene from the Woody Allen movie, "Take the Money and Run" wherein Woody Allen is dealt the ultimate punishment in a chain gang prison camp, i.e., being locked up for a week in solitary confinement with an insurance salesman. When Brinker's question finally punched through the hail of words and the man flatly stated, "I sell life in- surance," I nearly fell off my chair in laughter.
