Harold and his wife, Pamela, hold approximately 20% of FEET stock which is far and away the most that any individual(s) hold. There are a number of funds that hold 3-5% of the stock, but they would have to act in concert to override the advantage that Harold has.

It is certainly conceivable that elements within the company have put pressure on Harold to step down (perhaps with threats to make public information that is now private), but unless that is the case, I would be surprised if he is forced out. Please do not infer from this posting that I am aware of any private information that could be released; I am merely speculating on potential causes that could make someone with his amount of control step down unexpectedly.
