Brian, I agree that most employees have no idea re. their own stock. It's long been a golden rule for me not to listen to employees when making investment decisions. In a large company, even the sales reps don't really know much. THey may know about a few orders, but generally not the overall picture. I've been burned after discussing stocks with reps! (note- not as a customer) IMO Marketing departments are as much there for projecting image to the general market as they are to project the correct messages to internal staff. (Or maybe I was just tainted by my time with Oracle- the marketing masters). M
