Angel...I've explained and explained this to you. I GOT A BETTER (CHEAPER) offer so I took it. Now it turns out that I did the wrong thing after all. It has been noted that Riley has shares for sale for $50.00. It seems they are more prized as they are backed by a board or something to that effect. I don't know what the heck is going on it seems that it has become chic in certain circles to overpay for certs. I understand that the Tour of Homes committee in Ten Sleep will not even consider homes whose the bathrooms have been renovated with thin paper certs. If you could raise your price to ...say... oh $45.00 we might be able to do business.
