I apologize for intruding. I get many E-mails re. Donner and thought it appropriate to comment through this forum (I am basically trying to save some work).

I have not recommended Donner in the letter because I own it at much lower prices and thus find it inappropriate to recommend (especially at approximately four times what I paid for it). I do like the project but have also felt that the price has been ahead of itself. I have been saying this for a few weeks now and thus far have been wrong.

Dave has a large European (I believe he made five trips to Europe last year) following and they appear to be holding and thus supporting the price. The geology, as most of you know, is very prospective. We can expect drilling to start over the next few weeks. From what I understand, a considerable drilling program is planned (20,000 meters or more). A large portion of the drilling will be on the NAI ground.

The SVB play has geology, experienced management, a near term active exploration program with a large budget, ability to create liquidity, and little competition for attention. From this I hope one would concluded that I like the project but am hoping for dips so that more speculators can own it.

Sincerely,
Sudhir Khanna, P.Eng.
