The digitcom web site states at:digitcom.com SANTA MONICA, CA, January 30, 1998 - Digitcom Corporation (DGIV-OTC) announced today that its board of directors has authorized management to repurchase up to 1,500,000 shares of the company's common stock, which equals approximately 10% of total outstanding shares. "The current price level of Digitcom shares represents a sharp under-valuation of the company, and provides management the opportunity to increase our financial resources and flexibility with a re-purchase program," said Digitcom CEO Jimmy Chin. Purchases of shares will be made from time to time at the management's discretion in the openmarket. -------------------------------------------------------------------- The outstanding shares should be 15 million if they are buying back 10% on the OPEN MARKET. Talk about yer price support, eh? Read the past news releases. Read, research and read some more The company probably holds at least 1/2 the shares so as not to be part of any hostile takeover. I've heard figures from 2.5 - 5 million on the float. Whatever it is, its small. And it is getting smaller with the buy back. Ron, bud I wanna help ya Why don't you wait until a certified, notarized, insured copy of the agreement is produced. We need people to buy and support this stock at $1.00 as it gets higher. Or just wait till there are more detailed financials to your liking. Or spend a dime and call the company. Play it safe! Either way we appreciate the con side to the pro. If it doesnt look good to you...just dont buy it! kapish? otc ron, otc ron otc otc otc all otc stocks = gambling ...got it? theres a reason they arent on the Nasdaq national market. the odds stacked in your favor on this one? or are they bluffing? make a call I have a royal flush on this one Just run off and buy some vocaltech for much higher.
