I've worn glasses most of my life.
Heavy nearsightedness + astigmatism.
A friends father is an Opthamologist.
She had Radial K about 6 years ago with so-so results.
Her father has been watching VISX procedures for a couple of years
and recommended that my friend go for it.
She had one eye done on 2/3, and raved about the clarity.
I went to check it out and decided to do it as well,
but both eyes at once.
I had my correction done on 2/24.
In and out in 15 minutes.
VISX. Amazing.

before I was:

Rt. Eye -3.00 -2.00 x 87
Lt. Eye -2.50 -3.50 x 65

Now:

Rt. Eye +0.50 -0.25 x 130
Lt. Eye +0.50 -0.50 x 137

When I went in for my one week check up, I asked
my Dr. about VISX as an investment. He said he owns
it and is buying another machine.

I bought 1000 shares.

Hope this lends some perspective,

Bruce

Hey Jim.
Great! Buy some more. Run that 52 week high up to $50.
I like to see them when they are at their yearly highs.
I'll surely be watching (and waiting).
