Eprime would not have to wait for an actual launch before they received revenue.Upon signing any one of the contracts there vying for they would receive a huge deposit. After all equipment would need to be ordered positions filled and a number of other items taken care of. I beleive 25% up front is customary. Also Eprime does have assets in the form of approx.12-15million dollars worth of launch equipment stored at Vandenburg.
