Thomas, Nothing surprises me with the current dealing in Iraq and what you say here makes sense...Excellent article in March 6 Upstream newspaper titled "IPC Closes In On Malaysian Gas Supply deal". Here's the high points: 1)Deal is very close with a 10 year take or pay for 250 MMcf/d starting delivery 4th Q 1999. 2) Bunga Kekwa currently at 12,500 bopd 3)Phase 2 development currently planned as 40,000 bopd, 6,000 bcpd and 250 MMcfd. Have invited bids for central processing but have not tendered for pipeline and floating storage. "Meeting delivery deadlines will be difficult".
