Paul -- At the risk of sounding "GOOF"Y (inside joke, right Mr. Weiss), rather than continue to speculate, why not pick up the phone and call HEARx Investor Relations first thing Monday, get your "innocent" questions answered, and report the results to this board. From your accusations, you seem to be against investors holding/exercising warrants and making money. Curious. That "other" Paul Weiss -- ingenious fellow: Started the "GOOFS" Board right here on SI that appears to exist solely to get people to bring HIM news of stocks to short.
