James: I'm in total agreement with you and Lou regarding SI. I have made an effort on my own to encourage them to enforce some accountability, but with little result. Unfortunately, I think our "lifetime membership" works against us here. Once I sign up, there is little incentive for them to respond to my complaints. And I have little leverage to hold over them. If I decide to leave they lose nothing, and, in fact, they have one less person to clog up the lines so that they can continue to add new members. If things get really bad, maybe enough people will complain to force their hand. Anyway, the recent "offenders" seem to have vanished as quickly as they appeared. At least for the time being.
