Leave the Chief alone, he was making a valid point - and I liked that "bit". You guys are obviously nervous ... and justly so; four-fold increase in price since the beginning of February is rather unreal considering that Pyng has no revenue. This is a hyped-up stock right now and no news release can change it (other than major order or buyout offer). I wish VSE had not halted it but it is no surprise on such a run.

Looking forward to new developments.

"As nervous as you are" Peter

Thanks for all the e-mail from Pyng threaders. I will come back for a time to see how things go. I am a little ticked with getting the "I'm embarrassed line from a person who just joined the SI thread". I've been doing this to long and get tired of people without a sense of humour.

You said: I haven't been in on investment threads for long, but I must say that the "Chiefs" last bit was the most embarrassing thing I have seen.

True mjs you joined yesterday!! If this is the most embarrasing thing you have seen you truly have not got the maturity for the SI threads.

You said: Get a grip

I just did, I just realized I was not being embarrassing but humorous. I have been part of two many threads that take their stocks to seriously, fall in love with them and get shafted!! I like analysis, with a touch of humour.

You said: Admit it, 1/5 was an arbitrary number that you picked, and it has absolutely no quantitative backing.

That is correct it was an arbitrary number

Here is my initial message and statement:

I said:
>>>>>>>The market defined in the Pyng web-site is $250,000,00 . Here's where MY unknown is!(Maybe somebody else can answer this) Is the market for intravenous devices $250mm, and this is the market they are invading? If so, then consider this. Out of all the intravenous "connections" that the "body" goes through, how many will be substituted by Pyng. My guess would be about 1/5 of the total. ie. traffic accidents/hurricane/floods/air crashes/ etc. etc. <<<<<<<

Notice the phrase MY GUESS!!!!!!Thats about as arbitrary as you can get. Next time read the post!!

So here is the reason I wished to start debate and not cause "embarrasment"

Here is a logical approach to evaluate this company! I thought I could stimulate some of you to do it, for those that can't I apologize, for those that could, why didn't you at least try??

EVALUATION

Let us assume (worst situation) that the market for Fast1 is 1/5 of $250,000,000 which equals $50,000,000 (I will assume Canuck dollars because it did not state US)

At present Pyng has approximately 8,000,000 shares outstanding. I am not sure if this is fully dilluted or just outstanding. Lets (assuming the worse situation) fully dilluted is 10,000,000 shares

When "under production" Fast1 would give Pyng $5.00 per share gross earnings. Now what we have to find out is the "average cost per unit for production" and the "wholesale price" per unit. Under normal situations ie. mining, you would have to calculate cost of startup etc. For this example I am assuming a manufacturer wants to buy into the production.

Let us assume (worst situation) that the cost to produce and the wholesale price have the worst RR on the planet!! So assume 10%

A 10% RR equates to .50c per share net. The P/E for medical products is not clearly defined in any sub-index of either the TSE or NYSE. Therefore we will take an Index P/E of 20

That would make Pyng worth $10.00 per share based on future earnings of .50c per share.

So is your "stinkin" $6.00 in trouble, ladies and gents????

NO, it isn't!!!!!!

All I wanted you guys/gals to do is "think" for yourselves, rather than ramble on about where its going based on nervana, or what the VSE is doing!!!!!!!

Its called a dialogue. It allows free thinking people to express an opinion about facts. I would certainly entertain a "wild ass guess" based on some "numbers" rather than the sentiments of "well I'll bet you, it goes to $35.00"

IMO I can tell you, given "worse possible circumstances" this stock is worth based on future earnings $10.00 Canuck dollars.

What mathematical wizardry has anybody else contributed so far? None

mjs, get a humorous life, cause you are leading a dull one!!

Lastly grant r.

you joined SI yesterday, as well, the lurking you did was as a non-member. So what you are saying is that you appreciated my mining intelligence. In fact you might have even used it to work CRN to your advantage. So what gives you the right to yell! and make a statment like this:
