Jamie, or whoever, what are the chances that any stock can be fairly valuated on the OTC exchange? If you think that the chances are good, then you have another thing coming. Yes, audited financials, when they are released will do much for the demand of the stock before it is seen to be either at the value it should be or overvalued. But does anyone honestly think that the MM's, those who are in the direct flow and control the flow of supply and demand wouldn't walk people down, split up orders even with lots of volume, artificially spike the price or hold it down for their own gains? Wake up and smell the cash that the MM's make out of anyone who trades on this exchange.

How many companies that otherwise have sound fundamentals languish on the OTC due to the unfair and unfriendly rules or lack thereof that exist with the different houses that control the order flow and price setting? Lots and lots and lots. Companies like NETZ and others, some who don't have any revenue at all trade at huge multiples of nothing or negative eps.

IMO, I want the shares that I have to be fairly valued by the market, away from this exchange, because honestly, I don't think that it would happen in the OTC, and if it did, not until my infant daughter starts the first grade.

Jin.

Gosh you sound a LOT like L.E. Even the same writing style. I wonder
why that is? Now you are saying Ira is lying too... actually worse.
You are saying that Ira is INTENTIONALLY misleading shareholders by
mistating the results of the financial audit and that he misstated
them in a public news release.

I want to see the grounds for your accusation right now. I'd bet FAMH
would like to see them too.
