Claud,

You say you know more than me, yet you don't even know what the company said in late Nov. or early Dec.?

On the Zonagen conference call to discuss the Schering deal, Joe P. said the NDA would be filed "as soon as practicable" (the same jibberish used in the 10-Q). Then, when the stock started to crumble, Joe P. said on the late Nov. conference call (I believe it was the 29th) that an NDA would be filed in the next couple of months. That is what was said.

Now, if you claim to know so much about investing, why didn't you take some of your hard earned money off the table when you knew that an NDA filing (one that every investor expected) was going to be unexpected delayed?? Frankly, if you had known, you would have taken some of the good business acumen you claim to possess and boxed your position in Zonagen.

Hence, you are a NJ/NY based broker who has fallen in love with a story. The outcome of this story will be determined not by anyone in this forum, but by the FDA.

Pfizer continues its success. Zonagen continues its fraud.

Today Pfizer stock was up on anticipation of approval for Viagra...a legitimate treatment for male erectile dysfunction.

biz.yahoo.com

Zonagen is a criminal enterprise that has succeeded in defrauding small investors out of millions of dollars by claiming that it too has a treatment for ED. The drug is called Vasomax. Vasomax has only one active ingredient, Phentolamine, which is completely ineffective for ED. Zonagen has committed similar frauds in the past and is now the subject of at least three lawsuits.

Zonagen's stock has been artificially propped up through the combination of clever stock promotion and the naive hope of certain investors that Vasomax can somehow capture a small portion of Viagra's market. This scenario is laughable and impossible. Vasomax simply does not work and will not receive FDA approval. Furthermore; Zonagen does not posses the infrastructure necessary to bring ANY drug to market.

Zonagen will soon trade in the low single digits.
