No foolish move here to merge the two companies. It's brilliant!First it helps make it easier to carry out several financial strategies ranging from raising money to doing a major deal. The other, it preempts any unwanted take over attempt until things are resolved to everyone's satisfaction. It made me wonder if management was expecting some positive results from the lab and didn't want to get caught unprepared. This got me wondering how the technical factors looked so I just did a software analysis of the technical factors on both companies. The resulting graphs both match-up for the first time on both of these stocks since I've owned them. They are at the very start of an upward trend. Can't wait to see what the news may be this week.

Cheers,

JR.
