Hank,

Are these few MM's a significant few? The technical underpinnings of the market don't rule out volatility but there are no sell signals. A few "cautious hold" signals have been erased. The market has gone from aggressive buy at the Oct 28 low when, 2 weeks in advance I said to "buy everything in sight" when the Dow went below 7,000, to a short period of accumulation that resulted in a Dow breakout of an inverted head and shoulders formation. One key factor is overall volume which also seems to be forming an ascending triangle. In the last 6 weeks as the Dow established all sorts of technical benchmarks, volume was steadily heavy. The overall environment will remain such that companies whose stock deserves appreciation, will get it.
