Er, well, that is, most all...

It has been a mostly entertaining day. I have enjoyed reading as I worked a little OT and also as I finished up my last Lab reports for my Microprocessor Interfacing class. Headed home now.
Here's hoping for prosperous and joyful weeks ahead for all of us!

Someone correct me if I am wrong:

When a company with a 12/31 year end is audited, there is section at the end of the report that states any new information which has occurred, as of the date the audit was completed, not just up to 12/31.

So basically if the financials are completed after any or all of the following:

merger/myriad/share buyback/takeovers etc

Their data will also be included in the report.
