nikkei is forming a long bottom because the bureaucrats are dawdling about reform, appears the bottom is 14-16. i think that picking up a few favorites at those levels is fairly safe.

when G7 meet they will again push japan--telling them they are not doing enough. this + suicides + resignations + stagnant economy will push them a bit closer.

the danger is to make a big bet becuase japan investments could be dead money for 6-12 months. thus is still would only nibble at low levels until they have bigger tax cuts and more dereg
