"Why must we be so negative when really the only important issue is the financials." Penalty. 10 yards. Diversionary tactic. Why? Why are the financials the ONLY important issue? The lack of audited financials is simply ONE of the negatives about this stock. If/when they come out with them, that will be about the first thing they've done right. So, we should ignore everything else, because in a couple of weeks the company MIGHT do something right? I do agree that it's pointless to say "they won't come out with them". I don't know if they will or not. While the company's history suggests that they don't do what they say they are doing, and it's likely that there will at minimum be some additional delay, two weeks isn't a long time to wait. So, it's silly to spend that two weeks arguing about whether or not they are going to come out with them in two weeks. But it's equally silly to say we should suspend talking about everything else until the financials come out.

Stums your right! All this negative chatter could just be a play to lower this stock down to someone's price. Executives are moving constantly in all companies.Some by their own choice and some after management holds open the door for them. A new broom sweeps clean. What some in this forum don't do is look at the WHOLE PICTURE. Acquisitions,financials,Ceo, etc.The picture is not just the latest release, but also the past releases. This company has pluses and minuses. It seems at this point to be getting its house in order.It finally seems to be heading in the right direction. Right now there isn't enough info to determine its eventual wealth and success. Soon there will be though. You shorties be damned. GO ZULU!

Stums, I'm not trying to be totally negative here. What I'm attempting to do is create balance, so that potential investors coming here for information can get the whole picture as you say. That gives them the opportunity to make a choice based upon their own comfort level. I invested originally based upon the information that was available at the time. Had the information on Hayton been out I would never have invested in the first place. That would have been a personal choice just as you have made one based upon the possibility that this may actually fly. There are people on this thread that are sincere in their belief in this company and aren't trying to lure unwary investors in so that they can make a quick buck. Unfortunately there are those whose intentions aren't so pure and they try to divert attention away from anything that might be negative, particularly anything that relates to Hayton. I repeat again, I hope this does get off the ground. If it begins to fly(good financials come out), I will be back on board. Will I be in at a higher amount? Most likely, but I'll still make plenty of money because this then in fact will be a legitimate and growing concern. I don't need to attempt to lure others in for my own personal gain. Stums you continue to post nothing but the positive and I'll post the negative. That way we can create balance. Aleta
