Mr. Binford: You've indicated that VISX has filed a petition (maybe motion?) for PPP dissolution. The term file implies, "the recording of". Since you are privy to this information-it must be public knowledge. Therefore, please provide me with the location (i.e. venue and court) for reviewing or obtaining a copy of the petition or motion.
