Hi Keith,

I see what you are saying. The Sedar document refers to 640 acres acquired from Shell,location of this property is immediately south of their earning well . The Shareholder letter makes reference to a Shell well 1 3/4 miles southwest of of the companies leases.What you are then saying is these two references to Shell apply to 2 different properties.Is this correct.

I have received periodic scouting reports in reference to the well 1 3/4 miles southwest of the Imperial Well, their rig was there last week but gone this past Wednesday. I assumed the 640 acres and this recently drilled Shell Well is in the same place.If I understand you correctly you are saying this is incorrect.
