Dear Addi: I have followed your posts for a long time and I am pretty certain you are well versed in the JAVA vs MSF discussion. I sincerely hope that you will seek out Ralph Nader on the Internet (he has a web site I just dont remember the URL) and send to him some of your posts. JDN

It is basically underminding the concepts behind the invention
of Java. The concept of using Java is not to develop Windows
specific (or for that matter any OS specific) based application.
...
How successful Microsoft is going to be in my opinion should not
even be a concern because this strategy will eventually back fire.

Well, I think they will also next create an alternative virtual
machine and try to lure people with their own better "multi
platform" alternative. Many will follow because it is from
Microsoft.

They do not have to win in this game to be succesful. Just create
enouch confusion/FUD in the market that Java does not work.

I am not sure what Java camp can do, but I think they need to
hire out Rod Macpherson as their strategy advisor <ggg>.
His suggestions seem to carry more viability than what seems
to be coming out the the other Java flag bearers.

Addi.

Has you view about the late March - May selloff changed? SUNW has
gone back up to 45 now. I wished I'd had a chance to pick up at
37 couple weeks ago. What would be your target price to buy more
of SUNW? It seems like they aren't going to miss earning estimate
this quarter, do you still think SUNW will go back down to the
34-37 level? Thanks
