Hello Wendy and all, I unfortunately missed the boat even though I've been following this stock the past few months. The signs were there (i.e. the news releases and the trading activity) but not the money (for me). I have talked to the company and here's a summary of what this comoany is about. They have a great product called call manager that allows an individual to receive phone calls when on the internet. Since the service has caller ID, the individual has the option of taking the phone call (and thus getting off the computer) or diverting the call to voice mail (and staying on the computer). Neat product. They have other products such as an internet paging service (not quite sure about how it works) and something else that I cannot remember. People close to the company trade through Nesbitt and Midland so try to follow their activity. Also, there was a 200,000 cross a few weeks ago from Nesbitt to Latimar. The next week will indicate if this is a short term situation (if the stock goes back down) or if there is long term potential (if the price settles aroound $1.00). The individual from England has been an investor with IIA for some years and has added to his investment. I believe he might be added as a director but am not 100% certain. The management of this company is very impressive with past experiences with companies such as (Northern Telecom, Nova Gas, MTT, Reebok). They will be adding another person to the board of directors and he is also an executive from MTT. Thus, these people can really market this product! Sorry if this post is not organized since I'm doing it from memory. If this stock is for real, than it should go much higher than current prices. I like all of the ingredients and will still continue to watch this stock and hopefully some of my money will be freed up so I can buy some shares. david
