Thanks Carol. You are exactly correct. One of the few similarities is that the smaller public company has an effective reverse split. I Went back to post 5830 and re-read. I am afraid I was using my speed reading on this thread again. That post, while using both reverse merger and reverse split, both were used correctly, but I picked up on the reverse split only. Sorry Folks.
A reverse merger of course is possible, but tricky to benefit the smaller public company. It may well be being explored by this on the ball management. I suspect the following to be more in tune with what should be expected: Th class V will be signed very soon. Next we should see evidence of contracts being signed for class V services. Csma already has a great deal of experience and expertise in Class V promotion and development. We should expect to see evidence of promotion and development of Class V wells in other areas, perhaps in our Texas property, where as I understand there is already a class II well. Next we should see indications of well site searches in other areas, perhaps even in farther east areas where population and Class V demand is greater.
Csma has several valuable productive assets. It should be in a good possition to acquire other companies or assets, especially class V well sights. This could very well be accomplished by issuing new restricted stock without dilution of present stock value. Looks like a great opportunity for our little coconino locomotive to move on down the line. If this is even near being correct, we should see institutional interest in this company. I feel confident it is being watched with interest. Thanks. Will appreciate thoughts.
