Widths are thick enough for blasthole stoping. Typical costs are about $C20/tonne for such a method. Total site costs in the $C50-60/tonne range.

The deposit is shallow enough for decline haulage using 40-50 tonne trucks so it should be possible to avoid high capital cost for a shaft.

If 5-10 million tonnes can be proved up at +2.5% Copper equivalent a +500,000 tonne per annum operation may be possible.

Massive sulphide metallurgy can be adversely affected by high pyrite in the ore. This is especially true for zinc recovery. I haven't heard any news on the grain size. If its coarse, +80% recovery is relatively easy. If fine grained both recovery and concentrate grade is hurt.

Also, if there is a lot of pyrite/pyrrohite look for sulphide dust explosion problems underground. A concern but manageable.

Other than that I wish Western Copper well. (I'm not a share holder, just an interested lurker who has worked at a few of these types of operations over the years).
