Mark: Re. your question about CyberWhispers. CyberWhispers is a Canadian Chat Room which discusses both US and Canadian stocks. Most of the posts refer to day trader information but there is also a lot of sharing of ideas concerning long term holds.globalminerals.com A couple of weeks ago FAMH was a hot topic on that site. In fact, one evening I went to CyberWhispers and found many pro-FAMH posts. I hadn't seen so much excitement since BAAT was hot. However, one of the regulars was quick to point out that someone was posting under 8 different aliases. (You can easily tell on that thread, because each persons name is followed by that person's Internet Service provider number.) FAMH is pretty much a dead issue on CyberWhispers now, except for an occasional update from Brad or Cheryl. The only time one of the regular posters comments on FAMH, their posts usually include works like "FAMH Lemmings," or "FAMH Sheep." I share the opinion of one of the recent posters there who stated that there are short term opportunities to make money in FAMH, but sooner or later the company will have to deal with some serious problems. He did not specify, but I believe he was referring to FAMH's extremely aggressive accounting practices. As for the recurring question about why people who no longer own FAMH occasionally, or even frequently, post here, I think it's because we want to learn more about investing. I obviously could have made a lot of money if I'd held onto FAMH. If a year or two from now, this is a thriving company, then I will have learned a valuable lesson, and the next time I am suspicious of a company's management, I might react differently. BTW, even audited financials can have their problems. Green Tree Financial was the darling of many analysts until recently when it was learned that in 1996 the company overstated earnings by $100 million. Jamie
