Weaver, who was not named as a defendant in the lawsuit, said, ''There are many people and companies listed in the lawsuit who are unknown to the company, who are probably responsible for any violations.

Weaver is the CEO isn't he? Must have had blinders on with all the investors calling. Glad the sec isn't going to drag this on any longer than 10 days. Fortunately I didn't have to much. My first lesson in following something I don't completely understand and listening to big players Like Barrow Research. Never bit until than. Ah well I'll just have to keep my investments in small caps small, so they don't bite to hard if they fallI had emailed and asked about earnings. They emailed back expecting earnings in 3rdQ.

Guys,

Barrows Research generally receives a fee for writing up a company, and all of their recommendations that I have ever seen have been "strong buys". Check the "small print" at the bottom of the front page of its reports, which is required to state whether they have received compensation for their report.
