Scroll to the top of the page and you'll see a date May 28, 1998. Somehow, based upon a date in the text of 1997, I think that the 1998 is a typo. That being the case, this is old news and applies to Softbank Interactive Marketing (SIM) before 65% of it was acquired by Zulu-tek.

i think the date is 1997 also. if you scroll to the bottom you will see copyright 1997.
