Basically, what you said is the same thing the shorts on the Yahoo! thread have been saying for the past year. Yahoo! has strong upward momentum, strong institutional accumulation, and for all practical purposes -- is presently squeezing the current shorts. Take a look at earnings for the last five quarters -- earnings have increased 100% per quarter.

If you like those "safe" shorts on companies with high P/S ratios, you might want to look at RMBS. They have a P/S ratio of 33. (Although I wouldn't recommend it either long or short...)
