I found this on the AOL BAAT message board. I didn't see it here yet, so I'm posting it here:

For your information The Lndon Ts carried a half page article on Saturday about BAAT and its Europian subsidiary Z.A.T. The article focuses on the rumour mills as well as internet hype and numerous conflicting press reports throughout.

The article, entitled "Has The Future Arrived" concludes with the fact, based on its own investigation that the mechanism is real and exists. It discusses about certain countries already in talks with BAAT and Z.A.T regarding the adaptation of this mechanism for the benefit of buses and government vehicles. The article also suggests that while financing develoment is a difficult task, there are a number of finance companies already in
discussion with BAAT which will enable the company to cope with development, though quite possibly not at the pace in which demand will pour in once the concept catches on.

The final words of the article are: "While the future of this company remains unknown in the eyes of many skeptics, the financial potential supercedes any known company public or private. Time will tell."
