Bill -- It seemed to me that the big issue pushing the stock price down after the CC was concern over the ad campaign and not as much the stock split. My beef with KE and the cc was the manner in which the ad campaign was presented and explained to analysts. There was a whole lot of ground between the way it was done and hyping. KE could have been much more upbeat and positive about the whole thing without getting into cheerleading. Both the questions asked by analysts on the call and comments they made after it showed they were waiting to be shown that the ads would work before coming out from under their dark IOM clouds.

I think that PK and others have demonstrated in their models that the ads can be expensed without a great deal of stress on the bottom line. If the ads work, the split won't amount to much in the long run.
