I pretty sure that Bender sold lots of shares a couple of weeks ago along with at least one other exec... around the 12 3/4 - 13 level, but they are probably just utilizing their short sell time windows for restricted stock. The presentation at the BARS tech conference was very exciting. Bender showed a modem that he said was ready for mass production and he was in OEM talks with some very big names.

My question for those more in the know... If they started selling a plug-in modem, what would it cost and what would ISP service charges be for a user. I suspect that it would be prohibitivly expensive for mass use. And if that is the case, I doubt that CPQ et al would even consider bundling an AWARE product.

I own the stock at 12 1/4 and I am looking to sell despite the strong technical performance of last week. I just don't think a big fund would step up without a much needed anouncement from the company.
I bet that I'll be able to buy back at 13 before it goes higher.

Please respond if you have any pricing info...
