Commishman,I have to agree with John. I don't believe they have to file to sell the stock. The reason being the stock is how they are compensated, in lieu of salary(appears to be free trading stock)..And they don't seem to hold more than 5% at any one time..so I think it is on the up and up..I sure would like to know why Mr. Craft gets so much though. I tried to go through the filings and figure out who got what,and it is damn near impossible to follow, they've been using stock to pay for almost everything and for quite awhile...DD
PS: one thing to note: there is 15M shares that are reserved(not registered yet) for payments to one of the subs. to be distributed as revenues hit certain milestones..( I don't have the filing in front of me..but the section did include a caveat(?) to that effect(the only shares I saw that were restricted by the company-but not rule 144)
