Aetna to buy NYCL for 1.35 billion. The announcement just made official. 2.2 million customers, $3.1 billion revenues, lost $30 million last year, also article recommending Health South and HMO's as potential safe haven in this market(not OXHP), article on C2 of WSJ, describes Health Source as recommended by Abramowitz of Sanford Bernstein . This guy Scrushy of Health South has major plans for aquisitions and I bet that a company that we all know and love is a juicy target. We go higher today on this news. I wish we could get the financing news out.
