Your nieces are not yet married and the suitor may be a real jerk..its not uncommon now a days for one of these guys to talk marriage while they try for a few quick shots at the target..and then they can walk away if they don't get that warm and fuzzy feeling all over. time will tell, mean while the price weakens....is this deja vue all over again?
